Yes. IT support and security retainers keep systems monitored, patched and maintained, from £350/mo.
Who has access to our systems?
Named engineers only, with permissions logged and reviewed. Access is removed the day someone leaves your team or ours.
What happens if something breaks out of hours?
Retainer clients get one point of contact and a documented recovery plan, so the answer is never "we will look into it on Monday".
Can you work with my current suppliers?
Yes. Vendor management means we deal with your internet, hosting and hardware suppliers so you do not have to.
